1. Free Plan

The Free Plan is offered at no cost. Since no payment is required, there are no cancellations or refunds applicable.

2. Paid Plans (Basic, Pro, and Premium)

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations will not result in a refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused days if a subscription is canceled before the end of the billing cycle.
  • If a payment is mistakenly charged due to a system error, users can contact our support team for a resolution.
  • Refunds will only be considered in cases of double payment or technical issues that prevent users from accessing the services as promised.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date with relevant proof.

3. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Users can upgrade their plan at any time, and the new plan will be effective immediately.
  • Downgrades will only take effect after the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of a higher-tier plan.

4. Disputes

  • If users have any disputes regarding payments, they should contact us at support@indialistingportal.com before raising a chargeback request.
  • Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of our management.
